Please note: Priority will be given to US Army, hospitals, first responders, public facilities and senior care centers.

Shipment processing time

All orders placed before 3 PM EST are shipped the same business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & transit estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping: 3 - 5 business days
Expedited: 1 - 2 business days

Please note if your order contains sanitizer, your order can only be shipped by ground (standard shipping) as per federal DOT regulations, due to the fact that sanitizers contain alcohol.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Where do you ship orders from? 

Your orders will be shipped from our facility in Coppel, Texas.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on where you live, the standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days. Overnight express is also available. Please note that business day does not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.

Do you ship to PO Box?

Yes. For PO Box address, we use Postal Service.
